HERNDON, VA, UNITED STATES, August 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity has announced the speaker lineup for its 10th Annual Washington, DC Conference, taking place Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington Dulles Airport in Herndon, Virginia. This year's conference, titled Front Row at the Revolution, marks a full decade of the Institute's flagship gathering. Confirmed speakers include Dr. Ron Paul, former U.S. Congressman and founder of the Institute; Joe Kent, former Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, who resigned in March in protest of the war in Iran; former U.S. Senator and Secretary of the Navy Jim Webb; former U.S. Congressman and presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich; former State Department official Josh Paul; journalist Max Blumenthal; Executive Director Daniel McAdams; and Senior Fellow Chris Rossini. Attendees will also hear an exclusive message from Tucker Carlson, with additional guests to be announced. Tickets are on sale now through Eventbrite.

The 10-year milestone arrives at a moment the Institute has spent a decade predicting. According to Gallup, a record 45 percent of U.S. adults identified as political independents in 2025, the highest figure since tracking began in 1988, while trust in the mass media has fallen to 28 percent, the lowest level ever recorded. Pew Research Center finds that 32 percent of Americans now get news from podcasts, up from 22 percent in 2020.

The parties are fracturing alongside the press. Tucker Carlson and former U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene have publicly severed themselves from the GOP, with Greene telling the Institute's spring conference in Texas that MAGA is dead. The Democratic Party faces a collapse in rank-and-file support for current U.S. policy in the Middle East as younger, more radical candidates clear out its old guard. Leadership in both parties is paralyzed, torn between the donor class and an increasingly angry electorate.

Against that backdrop, an antiwar, anti-interventionist movement is coalescing in real time, built on the ideas the Institute has advanced since its founding. Americans have a front row seat to a revolution in their politics and their press. The conference will put a single question to the room: whether that audience intends to sit and watch or stand up and build a durable movement for peace and prosperity beyond the exhausted categories of left and right.

The Ron Paul Scholars Seminar, an intensive full day session for the next generation of peace and prosperity activists, will be held Friday, September 4. Student sponsorships, Gold Level Host Committee memberships, and major event sponsorships are available through Daniel McAdams at dmcadams@ronpaulinstitute.org. A discounted room block is available at $119 per night through the event page or by calling (888) 446.6677 and requesting the Ron Paul Institute event rate.
